The Freedom to Try Again: How to Start Fresh Without the Stress

There’s a myth out there that fresh starts have to be loud. That they come with confetti, a motivational playlist, and a color-coded strategy.

But the truth is, some of the most powerful restarts in my life and business began after a nap, a pout, or a complete meltdown.

Dust Yourself Off & Try Again:

Fresh starts don’t always come with a New Year’s resolution or a new planner.

Sometimes, they come after:

  1. You avoid your bookkeeping app for 6 weeks
  2. An important shipment of product is delayed
  3. You finally stop pretending everything’s fine

That’s when the most special kind of freedom shows up; the freedom to try again, without the stress.

We think restarts require us to go all the way back to the beginning.

But actually? They start from where you are, with all the wisdom you’ve gathered along the way.

Here’s what trying again can look like:

  1. Logging into your bookkeeping software and reconciling just 1 month
  2. E-mailing a vendor to request a refund
  3. Jammin’ to your playlist while you create a task list

Tiny steps. Big shifts. That’s the kind of restart I believe in.

Like the mighty caterpillar, you’re becoming.

So if you’ve paused something, your bookkeeping, your self-trust, your dream, it’s OK.

You can return to it. This time, differently. This time, peacefully.

Final Thought

You don’t have to do it all.

You just have to begin again.

And maybe again.

To your success always,
